A while ago, Nestle was giving away free crunch bar vouchers. I mean, who wouldn’t want free candy? Its now months later, and still no mail from Nestle. They said 6-8 weeks, well we are comming to 12-13 weeks. Most free deals I have joined in were great.. even the free Take 5 bar from Hershey.

This is what it says in the Apple Ipod User Agreement:

“THE APPLE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE APPLE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.”
